Service

Warranty Pilot is a Shopify app that automates warranty registration tracking. By installing the app, you agree to these terms.

Plans and billing

• Free plan - 20 warranty registrations per month, no charge.
• Pro plan - $9.99/month, unlimited registrations, billed through Shopify.

You can upgrade or cancel anytime from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you revert to the Free plan.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure your warranty policies comply with local consumer protection laws.
• Warranty Pilot tracks registrations but does not provide legal warranty coverage.
• You are responsible for honoring warranty claims with your customers.

Limitations

Warranty Pilot is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or zero data loss. We are not liable for missed registrations due to webhook delivery failures or third-party service outages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
